About the studio
Light is our
medium.
Founded in 2025, Osi Visual is a studio of directors, engineers, and artists obsessed with the space where technology meets live performance.
Our mission
We believe the stage is not a backdrop, it's an instrument. Every pixel we place is a note in the composition. Every frame we render is a choice about what an audience feels, and when.
We embed with production teams from the earliest creative conversations, not just at the technical rider stage. That means our visualizations don't just look good in a render, they survive contact with the real show, on real hardware, in real venues.
We've built for intimate club residencies and stadium world tours, for broadcast audiences of millions and crowds of five hundred. The scale changes. The obsession with craft never does.
What drives us
Values
Craft over spectacle
Big screens are easy to fill with noise. We obsess over the quiet decisions — the timing of a cut, the weight of a transition, the colour that makes a moment feel earned rather than imposed.
Embedded collaboration
We don't send files from a distance. We sit in the room, in the rehearsal, on the truck. The best work happens when we're an extension of your team, not a vendor at arm's length.
Technical honesty
We won't promise a render that can't survive load-in. Every concept we develop is stress-tested against real hardware constraints from day one — no surprises at the venue.
Restraint as a tool
The most powerful frame we've ever designed was mostly dark. Knowing when to pull back — when negative space is louder than motion — is what separates design from decoration.

Where we've been
Studio history
Studio founded
Mara and Soren start Osi Visual from a rented server room in Amsterdam. First project: a three-night club residency with twelve LED panels and a prayer.
First arena show
Brought on as visualization studio for a European arena tour. First time we mapped a surface over 800m². The render took eleven hours. We watched it overnight.
Real-time pipeline
Rebuilt the entire production workflow around live rendering. Eliminated pre-rendered timelines for our core output. The show could breathe for the first time.
Broadcast expansion
First project designed simultaneously for arena and broadcast. Developed an internal colour and motion framework that accounts for camera exposure — still in use today.
Studio A opens
Moved into a dedicated build space in Amsterdam. Full-scale LED rig for on-site pre-visualization. No more guessing what the show looks like until load-in.
200th production
Eclipse Tour marks show number 200. Thirty-eight countries, four continents, one continuous obsession with getting the frame right.
